Serious questions concerning recruiting

Im sure we are in some kind of dead period. What is the earliest recruiting efforts could start? Will a coaching staff have to be in place? Could Les be on the phone with a high rated QB while we are getting ready for Texas? Seems like a unique situation.

Maybe the in house recruiting begins before looking for HSers. Getting ahead of myself I just cant help it
