After buying a new home in early 2018 according to my realtor I will make nearly 200k. Its obscene. Ridiculous. I'm not crowing. I'm bitching. We can't win in this environment. I have to buy a home in Texas which is 100k more than last year. You know who wins...the tax man.
Wish I could convince the wife to move to South America.

I'd swear if any country offered me 40 acres and a mule for free I'd be gone.
Hope i can just enjoy the final four and next year's football season but other than that I have little hope for the future.
