Easily his worst quality as a coach. Tonight in the 1st half when Ellis picked up 2 fouls and then in the 2nd half he should have gone small sooner. Self is too stubborn though to go away with trying to play big. It reared its ugly head tonight because it not only would have allowed us to defend Niang and the perimeter better but may have helped with our transition defense.
