Self was asked about Bragg being on the bench last night

Self was asked if keeping Carlton at home and not on the bench was ever considered, and here was his response.

“No,” said Self on Saturday night. “You know, it’s a very humbling situation and I think everybody would agree with that. He’s been on the ticker and everything, so it’s a humbling situation, but it’s not one that you run from.

“When things happen, you address them like a manner in which you should, even though that’s not saying good, bad or indifferent,” he added. “To have him not be on the bench would also basically be saying that is he not part of your family? I think the decision that he will not play until this is resolved or we know what’s going on, that speaks for itself. That’s also part of the education process as well.”
