LAWRENCE, KAN. – Kansas Football is set to return to Lawrence for the 2025 season, which will feature seven home games in the transformed David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium, with season tickets for the 2025 season on-sale now.

"Our Jayhawk football supporters have been a critical part of building a program for sustained success. Now, we take the exciting next step in opening the NEW David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium this fall, offering a fan experience unlike any other,” Director of Athletics Travis Goff said. “Premium ticket sales have been tremendous, and we are excited for our returning season ticket holders to secure their seats in the new stadium. Starting today, the time is now for new season ticket buyers to take that step and be part of the next chapter of Kansas Football."

Fans looking to experience the new David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium can purchase a full seven-game season ticket package beginning at $350. As part of the per-seat donation model beginning in 2025-26, fans will see an all-in price that includes the cost of the ticket, the annual donation associated with the seating location, plus applicable taxes and fees. Parking pricing and information will be released at a later date prior to select-a-seat.

Premium season tickets including suites and club areas have been on sale for a year through Legends, Kansas Athletics premium seating partner. The demand and interest in premium sales have exceeded expectations with 90 percent of those products being sold with expected sell out in those areas by the end of February. There are a limited number of 1921 North Field Club seats still available with more information available at the interest form above or by contacting the Kansas ticket office. Capital gifts associated with premium seats are tracking 43 percent ahead of the planned budget for those seating products.

The new David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium will debut on Saturday, August 23 as Kansas plays host to Fresno State. The season-opener will give Jayhawk fans their first look at the new and improved David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium, which will bring fans closer to the action and offer a bevy of gameday improvements for the fans.

“We’re excited our fans have the opportunity to start picking out their spot at the new David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium,” Kansas football head coach Lance Leipold said. “Our program is looking forward to returning to our home venue, and we’ve enjoyed watching the progress on the stadium on a daily basis.”

Among the improvements to David Booth Kansas Memorial stadium, fans can enjoy new chairback seating and a 50 percent increase in area per seat and leg room in all renovated sections for added comfort. Fans will be able to enjoy Kansas Football like never before with an enhanced videoboard that is two-and-a-half times larger and closer to the action, improved accessible seating and sightlines, enhanced food and beverage options provided by OVG, improved fan circulation through elevators and concourses and more.

Fans can expect to see an action-packed schedule in 2025 that features seven games at David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium, including the season-opener vs. Fresno State, followed by home matchups with Wagner, West Virginia, Oklahoma State, Utah, Cincinnati and Kansas State in the Dillons Sunflower Showdown.

Kansas football enters Leipold’s fifth season in Lawrence featuring a talented roster led by senior quarterback Jalon Daniels. Daniels started all 12 games for the Jayhawks last season and finished strong, leading the team to wins in three of its final four games, including three straight wins over ranked opponents. Kansas also welcomes back several accomplished starters on the offensive and defensive lines in Bryce Foster, Kobe Baynes, Dean Miller, Tommy Dunn and DJ Withers, among others, along with a nationally recognized transfer class and a group of emerging playmakers poised to make a difference in 2025.
