Screwed for TV - Direct TV

I have Direct TV and do have the elevated sports package that includes the ACC Network. When I flip over to the channel it does not work. I called and they said AT&T is under contract negotiations with Disney who owns this channel and the channel is currently off the air until this is resolved.

Anyone else having this issue?
