Passed the House but it's looking like in the Senate it might actually get 60 votes. Thom Tillis (R-NC) - and in a battleground state - indicated he "probably will" vote for it.
It's just nuts that the party of "gov't can't tell me what I can or can't do" wouldn't back this. Really they just don't want Biden to have an accomplishment. Purely political.
