Everyone was complaining about Alabama being ranked in the top 4. If they don't win the national title I would be shocked. Regardless, they are one of the 4 best teams and have been all season.
This is why you don't get bent out of shape about mid season or pre season rankings. Things are fairly clear heading into the last week every year.
I'm getting ahead of myself but I don't see Clemson, Ohio State or Bama losing. That being said, I doubt Clemson drops from #1. I also doubt any team would be ranked higher than Alabama and Ohio State besides Clemson.
Therefore we have a tOSU/Alabama rematch in the playoff semifinal. Would the committee want this? I just ask because it seems the committee does whatever it wants.
Personally I think Bama/tOSU would be national title game in the semi final just like last year. tOSU is just cruising along letting the outlets write stories about their struggles. Next thing you know they are in the playoff and are just as dangerous as Alabama. Maybe I don't give Clemson enough credit. Sure as hell aren't giving ND any.
