Greetings Slanters! Reaching out today to ask if you have any highly recommended realtors for me to connect with on the Kansas side (specifically someone who regularly sells homes in the Leawood/Mission Hills area).
It feels like there are hundreds of folks out there, and what I'm looking for is someone who has great attention to detail, is willing to negotiate a bit on selling fees, and is overall very easy to work with. Ideally, this individual is someone you've worked with directly or you have a slew of positive reviews for via word of mouth from family/friends, etc. I can tell you this is a great and fairly easy selling opportunity if your connections are curious.
