and love Coach Beaty. I think he is the right person for the job. Love his recruiting, spread offense, etc..
BUT, I just hope he is also a detailed oriented guy... we are having lots of false starts, etc... We need to mix in a little Snyder detail orientation to his approach also. Anyways all is good, but we are not going to be playing with 4-5***** players so getting players to pay attention to details and getting as much out of everyone as possible will be key also
