Real effect of Mbiya and Rosario

Obviously I like the signings of both players. Mbiya is a Doak clone in size and reach. Rosario is talented, looks good, but his jump shot seems a little slow. I question how well he'll get it released against top competition. My question is, how much do you really think it will raise KU's ceiling? I see one writer has them 32nd after the signings but others have us as high as 14 w/o both of them. As freshman that aren't top 20 ranked players will they really have enough impact to raise KU's ceiling?
