The Raiders went out and hired Reggie McKenzie as GM. He stripped the team of the Al Davis formula and slowly add pieces along the way. For years Raider Fans were calling for him to get fired. But the organization believed in the
plan and stayed the course. Now they have a team that is respectable and looks to be in the path to becoming a great one. Continuity and a good plan are key.
I do believe that Beaty has a good plan to build this team. Evidence is the upgrade in young talent and finding ways to get players here more quickly using the blue shirt and getting kids to graduate early
