Could not attend the game due to illness and watched on ESPN Plus. Which sucks btw. Both being sick and espn plus!
Jon, what were your impressions of the offensive line? It appeared that after the first drive or two, KU abandoned the outside zone runs and went to more straight ahead blocking to deal with the size advantage vs. their quickness. I get the o line looks better physically but did they fire off the ball consistently, did they hold their blocks longer than two beats etc. How is our quickness coming off the ball at the snap? T.V. didn't show anything.
If, Daniels can be consistent, we have the RB's to move the chains, provided the o-line can handle it's business. The difference between 2 wins and 4/5 wins is the O-line imo.
The D-Line last night looked better than I can recall for a long. long time. Stay healthy and the D looks like it can be salty.
