I keep hearing Perry hasn't made a decision yet if he is coming back. Perry is a very intelligent young man. It's possible he is testing the market, without hiring an agent, to see where he might land. Why wouldn't every junior do this? Based on his current draft projections and that he is recovering from a knee issue, I don't see him leaving early.
