Thibs was easily the top recruiter this past class. Yes, I've said that on this board even before Reggie was mentioned to be leaving. Now is the time to promote Thibs to recruiting coordinator in addition to being DL coach. Give him a nice raise and go find a RB coach with recruiting ties to Florida or Louisiana.
Thibs has proved to be a stud recruiter in his short time here. In our offense, a RB coach probably doesn't need as much experience as some of the other offensive assistants. We could get an up and comer with recruiting ties in an area that we don't currently cover but would like to have a presense. Just some idle ramblings.
