Interesting read on SNL’s Heidi Gardner. I had noticed her as new cast member his year and thought she was doing a pretty good job (has seemed to get a lot of screen time, which I know is hard for first year cast members). I didn’t realize she was from Kansas City and had gone to KU for a couple of years (and, Missouri for a semester, but we won’t hold that against her).
Pretty crazy path...dropped out of college, went to cosmetology school and moved to LA and was a hair dresser for 9 years and now is on SNL and is going to be in a movie with Melissa McCarthy. Pretty neat story.
