In his press conference Coach stated that he feels like the O Line has much better depth this year and that should allow for more rotations and a fresher unit in the 4th quarter. It reminded me of something I noticed last year.

Against power 5 opponents:

THE GOOD: (4)
BYU, UCF, OU, & Cincinnati they seemed to stay strong the whole game.

THE OKAY: (1)
ISU: a great play call to get an 80 yard gotcha TD against heavy run blitz D, otherwise not much the last 24:24

THE BAD: (5)
ILLINI: 0 2nd half TDs and scoreless last 18:46
Texas: held scoreless the last 26:26
oSu: held scoreless the last 26:13
Tech: no TD the last 27:12
KSU: held scoreless the last 28:28

For Coach to mention it in the presser, this is something the staff noticed and it's been a huge area of concern for them this off season.

As much as it stunk to lose OC AK, a healthier, deeper, and fresher OL in the last third of the game provides a potential HUGE area of improvement over last year.
