BREAKDOWN
A couple of things stand out to me when looking at this. We had 11 receivers with 10 or more catches last year. I think that continues this year, which means a lot of rotating of guys and people saying [insert favorite receiver here] isn't getting enough touches - that's what happens when you spread the ball around as much as we will do. The other thing is it looks like there was only 5 carries by the receivers last year - Quv should easily double that number alone, but in general think we see a lot more reverses and things like that this year.

It's really easy to get carried away when talking about this group. That's a good thing. But there are so many options here that can help out this year, so there is a lot to discuss. People are excited about Quv finally being eligible, and after what we saw in the Spring game, it is understandable why. His speed will help us in so many ways. That being said, I still think Jeremiah Booker will be the leading receiver this season - physical guy that I think will be the QBs go to option in tough situations. Then there is Steven Sims who I will go ahead and give the Clark Green "I can't get no respect" award (that I just made up) as a guy that will continue to be consistent and productive, but not talked about as much as others. Tyler Patrick returns after a solid freshman season and should only get better. I think Bobby Hartzog could really surprise some people this year. Emmanuel Moore has cut some weight, but still looks physically impressive. Ben Johnson should continue to improve as well. A couple of nice tall options coming off redshirt years in Chase Harrell and Jace Sternberger, of which I think Sternberger shows us some solid flashes this upcoming season that will get him excited about the future. Also returning a solid Shakiem Barbel, who won't wow anyone, but can be a reliable guy that can give us a few snaps per game. And then there is the freshman. Not sure I have ever been as excited about a walk on as I am about Keegan Brewer, but hope he redshirts (although I think he is good enough he could play). Last but not least, Evan Fairs - I have thought since he committed he plays as a true freshman and still think that is true...I think he is going to be really good for us...

Anyway you slice it, we should have a solid two and maybe even three deep of guys to roll out there this season, which I am not sure we have been able to say for quite a while...
