They have consistently and repeatedly shown that South Carolina is not the runaway winner for most corrupt, anti-democratic, unethical and crazy Carolina.
The GOP legislature in NC told the Ds they would not hold any votes during a 9/11 ceremony. They then held a vote to override the Governor's veto while the Ds were at the 9/11 remembrance ceremony.
