New Big 12-16 conference set up

Pods is the way to go to continue with some regional rivalry games for new big 12.

West - Utah, BYU, UA, ASU
East - WVU, UCF, UC, UH
North - KU, KSU, ISU, CU
South - TCU, OSU, BU, TTU

For football you play the 3 remaining schools in your pod every year. Then rotate 2 from all other pods for a 9 game schedule. The top two conference records play in the conference championship game.

For basketball you play home and away the 3 from your pod. Then play the other remaining 12 either home or away for an 18 game schedule.
