Who is a guy from the past couple of regimes you don't think gets mentioned enough for what they did?
For me it is Pat Lewandowski. That guy went through a lot, from playing on the DL as a RS FR (as well as making a couple starts), then switching positions his sophomore year, starting some on the OL his JR year including moving to center and back to LT, and finally his SR year being the only OL to start all 12 games. Not to mention he did well in the classroom. I am not saying he was a world beater, but I think he was a quality player that went under-appreciated during his career at KU.
