According to this article, this dude is is the same region as recent commit Tevailance Hunt, and signee Quan Hampton. This area is basically an extension of Louisiana. Garrett Riley is earning his paycheck.
(Side note: this is also the same region as my current favorite 2018 KU target, DeMarvion Overshown. I will not mind if we make a bigger presence in the area for this year, at least. Just never know, but I'll keep my enthusiasm contained.)
