In practice if he isn't good enough to take Jamari's minutes. He must not be able to match Jamari's usual 4 pts 4 rebounds, 4 turnovers, and two hustle plays a game.

Is he not our best shot blocker?
Is he not our best post positioner?
Is he not one of if not the best rebounders on the team?
I guess I don't get it. Sure he doesn't go up strong and loses the ball sometimes but the positives outweigh the negatives in most games. He must be absolutely awful in practice.
