Don't know what else we can do or could have done to try to land Bledsoe. Seems like a great kid, hope we get him. I would also love to get Georgie regardless as a preferred walk-on or grey shirt if the staff really sees some upside in him.
I am sure there will also be at least one surprise out there. Hopefully a real talented player that gets screwed on numbers game with a big name school that comes available for us or a diamond in the rough like Larry Hughes that we don't know about or JK is keeping down.
Also hope Beaty throws us die-hards a bone and gives us an updated roster when school starts up, with players who are on full scholarship, and any attrition we had over semester. I am sure there will be somebody. A true updated roster with true weight would also be fascinating to see, so we can compare to upcoming August camp to see gains made.
I don't think there has ever been a second year coach more loved than David Beaty. For me year one started for him in December. Zenger/Gray-Little 0 and 12, Beaty 0 and 0. He needs several years, but I know he can get it done.
