Before I say anything I think next years team (assuming Dotson comes back) will be better than last years. Recruiting matters less when we have so much coming back.
However, I think this years class is probably the least heralded in Self history. The only other that comes close is 2010 (McLemore, Traylor, Tharpe and Anderson). However, that one was only bad because McLemore and Traylor redshirted. CJ Moore noted Self has signed a top 50 player every year he has been at KU.
Again, I do not think the sky is falling we have a good group coming in and we have lots of older players. However, for those of you that have been following recruiting longer than I have what was the last time KU has this bad/heralded class?
