Each year you hear our ACs and Coordinators make more comments regarding their rooms and the dynamic and the behaviors by position group leaders and it sure sounds like “player led”..
If it wasn’t happening they wouldnt bring it up and emphasizing the point. It goes back to that culture thing and being a player led culture is actually critical to long term consistency.
It will be interesting to see which of the younger players in 2025 picks up the baton inside each position group and keeps that player led aspect going especially when KU is expected to bring in a large group of portal players for next year.
