On conference realignment...
Over on the OU board there are some folks claiming inside information that OU is actively seeking to leave the B12 and join the SEC by 2018. They claim discussions are under way to try and pull UT along with them. Supposedly these are plugged in insiders with big money donor friends. A claim was made that insiders on UT's boards are claiming IMG and ESPN are forecasting tempting money numbers to UT.
Anyone hearing anything on our end? I know we aren't directly involved but if it's starting to spread to UT then there might be some leaks to KU insiders.
At least if both OU and UT head to the SEC I would be 100% behind a Big Ten move for KU.
