My family owns Qdoba restaurants throughout KS and KU Football has started ordering caterings for team meals from them out of Topeka. (It's that much better than Chipotle in Lawrence). They are getting a huge catering for today before the team leaves for Champaign. They ordered a catering for 140 people, plus an additional 50 lbs of Chicken, 38 lbs of Steak, 30 lbs of Rice, 20 lbs of Beans, 4 extra pans of Queso and 4 extra pans of Fajita veggies. That is an enormous amount of food!
