Been a lot of chatter the past week that the Big 12 will expand and that it could be announced next week at Big 12 media days. The 2 fan bases that seem to think they're in are BYU and Cincinnati. Nothing confirmed obviously, but I'm starting to wonder if the Big 12 really is going to do something because there's been so much bizarre misdirection in the press. Bowlsby says a decision has to be made, OU's AD saying no chance of expansion, etc. I do think we could see the Big 12 add 2, rework our TV deal, and then it might be clearer why the Big 12 jumped on a championship game so quickly without a plan announced for it.
