I have received some of the dumbest phone calls. I had to put my phone on the charger because I have been listening to this all day (all you I-phone guys shut up)
I have people in the college sports business who cover sports call me all day with the goofiest stuff.
And these are people who I usually trust.
But the rumors and things these people hear are beyond crazy and I think some of them believe it.
1) Hey Kirby wanted to give you a heads up I heard KU's AD is flying to Big 10 offices in Illinois to meet.
2) Just wanted to let you know I hear the Pac 12 might take KSU over KU.
3) A guy I know said MU and KU are looking at the Big 10 and MU might leave the SEC
4) I heard KU and UCF to the ACC (now this one isn't too crazy)
5) KU and ISU are talking to the Big 10 and an announcement could come within weeks
It is amazing how much info flies around within what I would call reputable circles that is just off the wall.
