They make the argument that they won't because Biden is too well known, and personally liked by many of the other senators.
So let's see: the modern iteration of the GOP personally attacked the former D president, who was black. We now have a white male president and they won't personally attack him, instead they'll attack the woman who leads the house, and a minority woman in the House (AOC) to try to stain Biden with them. Even though Schumer is more disliked than Pelosi, and Sanders is as much if not more the progressive icon than AOC.
And we're supposed to believe it's because they personally like Biden? Please.
The Ds will get blasted in the midterms, IMO. It's an off-year election, the Trump base is fired up still, in large part due to lies, and a lot of the critical states have or are enacting D voter suppression bills. How they paint Biden, frankly, isn't going to matter.
