We have become accustomed to our WR group being a strength, but- after next year- all of Emmet Jones' WR recruits are going to be gone and we will be left with Emilien and Kubecka and a bunch of question marks. It's a little scary to think about. We also didn't bring in a single WR in this recruiting class.
We haven't had a ton of rotation at that position, other than a spattering of Emilien and Wilson. Wilson will also be gone and when Emilien is in, they seem to trust him more blocking than running routes and catching. With a new QB and RB, we might be in for a rough offense after this year. I hope we start hearing about some of the young guys like Sample and Buncom making progress this year.
