I thought I would pass on the news that former KU assistant coach and veteran football coach Walt Klinker is ill with stage 4 cancer. Those of you that know him and have not heard the news may wish to contact him very soon. It appears the severity of his illness was discovered just recently so people interested may not have heard. I have heard this information from a credible source and that he is in good spirits along with not being in any pain now.
