Back in Lawrence. New stadium. New vibe. Bounce back season.
Proud of how our guys fought to climb back this season. Culture is not an issue. Leadership not an issue.
But no need to be doomers. Simple things change this season. Namely; giving JD first team reps in the offseason. His rust cost us Illinois, UNLV, WVU alone. If he’s even slightly sharper we win those. We fall on a fumble that 9 Jayhawks had infront of them we beat UNLV. We don’t field a ball at the 1 vs KState we win that game.
We have to be sharper and better. But it’s over now. I’m excited for the future.
