I find Big 12 expansion a fascinating subject because there's so many questions. Where do the various schools stand? What are the motivating factors? What are the TV Networks doing? What role do politics play? Will there be a GOR extension? OU and UT sources seem to be leaking right and left that they won't sign a GOR extension. Does the Big 12 have to expand to have a better shot at the CFP? Where does KU stand? Literally there hasn't been a peep out of KU. Why would we ever vote for a school like Houston? Houston ought to be relatively easy to block unless schools are legitimately worried about angering Texas. Anyone else come across any interesting info or nuggets?
Berry Tramel from the OKC paper is now predicting no expansion. Thinks the networks are against it and conference members are having problems with the candidates.
