Do you or don’t you if you are a coach

Watching Tech and ISU. ISU had zero timeouts left and twice after Tech scoring they took timeouts. I get wanting to set your defense but man letting a team be able to set up plays twice in the last 20 seconds doesn’t seem very smart to me. Both times ISU came out and ran a great set to score.

They just did it again in OT up 1.

If you are a coach do you or do you not take a timeout after scoring to go up 3 and again when going up 2.
