I have no idea how reputable "Bleeding Fool" is (first I have ever heard of them), but what is described in the article isn't surprising premise. Issue isn't Star Wars (I think they'll be fine wherever...I personally don't think the union with Disney was a great one), but ESPN and what would come from that. Personally, I doubt they shed an asset that (when the world is normal) has a strong brand and provides revenue to the level it can. But could be double edged...if they sell, who knows what buyer wishes to do. If they keep, do they get a hatchet out and start going to town on costs.
