I’m interested to hear some thoughts on David Lawrence. I’ve always thought he is a homerific boob, but he completely lost me last night postgame when he said:
“After a loss like this it is critical we focus on the positives, for example our punter averaged over 50 yards per punt. That’s something you can build on”
HOW CAN AN OFFENSE THAT SCORED 7 POINTS BUILD OFF A PUNTER!?!?!
After Miles postgame comments I flipped over to Texas/LSU for the rest of the drive home, and UT’s play by play guys gave thoughtful in depth analysis and would point out flaws, or things that were done incorrectly with no apology.
Is there no one in the KU circle that can call a spade a spade and say, “things were shitty tonight” when things go shitty. Don’t blow smoke and tell me how good a team that has never beaten a P5 team really is.
