Anybody on here can give me a nonpolitical explanation of what that means? I’ve read/heard some many polemic descriptions of it that the concept is muddied for me. The politically charged diatribes range from - it says everything about our culture is racist to it is nothing more than a study of the impacts of race in our culture. No bullshit please. Just some objective explanations.
