Hannity has pushed the administration to bring Laffer out of retirement to lead the economic recovery from the pandemic. Laffer has been in contact with the administration on some of his ideas, but no official offer or even discussion of an offer. Though we know how influential Fox News is on Trump's thinking so I wouldn't be surprised for him to announce Laffer having some role soon.
