Wife and I are in the home stretch of selling our house in PV and closing in on buying a house in KC,MO. My heart does break a little at the thought of becoming a Missouri resident but that is a whole other topic.
I'm trying to start ballparking on what it may cost to build a covered pergola(technically a pavillion maybe?). I've previously built a 12x30 foot pergola off the back of a previous home and it wasn't bad but no experience with covering it completely(probably go with a metal roof).
Anyone have any experience with this. I'm thinking it would probably be 12x20 or so with a metal roof. Any advice? Trying to figure out how much this would cost me to do it versus paying someone to do it?
