I'm not saying anything profound when I say that watching a team being competently coached is such a breath of fresh air as an alum and lifetime Jayhawk.
It makes you look back in awe that we were able to deal with as much clownishness as we did.
Hell, we had at least two coaches who I knew were clowns after 2 games. You just knew.
Anyway, I can't stop pinching myself at how fortunate I feel that Coach Leipold chose to come to Kansas. And thinking back on all that silliness just makes me appreciate him and his staff that much more.
