Any stats from any guys committed to KU or that they are recruiting?
One beneficial thing of KU recruiting more in the DFW area is that we can look up stats through the Dallas Morning News website which does an incredible job of providing up to date stats for games in their area.
The game I was mos curious about was Cedar Hill versus South Oak Cliff because of the talent on both teams...well Cedar Hill smashed them 46 - 7 (was 43 - 0 when they pulled their starters) and Avery Davis had an impressive first game as a starter throwing for 200 yards and TDs on 13 of 17 throwing and adding another 87 yards rushing on 6 carries. Long ways to go in his recruitment, but my gut feeling has been he will be a KU commit (or at least I hope so)...
Other guys with some stats and KU offers/interest in the game: Josh Stewart with 3 catches for 50 yards and 2 TDs, Kaegun Williams with 4 yards rushing and 30 yards receiving and a TD, Camron Buckley with 3 catches for 75 yards and a TD. Jaylon Jackson is currently out with an injury and not quite sure if Charleston Rambo played or not...
Ennis vs Mansfield Timberview ended up going down to the wire with Ennis winning 33 - 28. Braylon Royal ended up with 2 catches for 9 yards.
Not really any KU recruits that I know of in this one, but was curious how Allen vs Denton Ryan would go down. I was interested because a 4 star QB from Minnesota transferred into Allen to presumably replace Kyler Murray. There was some rumors that Green was overrated, but was curious how he would do...and it looks like he didn't even win the QB job for Allen and had one pass and one run in this. Curious if Oregon drops him...they are on Nebraska commit Terry Wilson pretty hard right now...
A guy I am keeping an eye on is Darrian Hammonds, who had a KU offer but recently fommitted to Fresno St. I really liked his clips and he reminded me some of Brandon McAnderson. In his game yesterday he had 214 yards rushing...
