I've got a few connections in and around the university of Michigan, my mothers side of the family still lives/works there. From what they've heard from the coaching staff and people around the program, it sounds like Brown to Michigan is a done deal. He will be announcing in the next day or two. The player that went on the medical redshirt did so in order to make room for brown, that's when they knew. Just thought I'd pass that along.
