He and his handlers want TOP dollar. Plain and simple. My guess is he wants 2.5-3mil.
That's said, while he would be a huge loss, some of you guys are acting like it's losing Danny Manning in '88. If he doesn't love KU and wants to suck the last tit for everything its worth than he can pound sand. I saw him get pushed around enough on defense not lose any sleep over at either way. He is good and lots of potential...but he sure as hell is replaceable. Next portal man up.
