NORMAN — Oklahoma president David Boren told reporters Tuesday at the University’s Board of Regents meeting that the Big 12 Conference will issue a statement on the scandal at Baylor Wednesday.
Boren said Big 12 executives spoke about the situation on a recent teleconference.
“Hopefully they’ll get things straightened out down there,” Boren said after Tuesday’s regents meeting in Norman. “The conference is going to make some statements about it, take some actions.
