Just a thought. From what I understand the NCAA never claimed that he was ineligible. Could that be because they knew that there were worse situations that they were totally aware of and hadn't done anything about? If he actually did something that should have disqualified him from playing and it was so obvious, then why would they not have immediately ruled him out? As for Silvio, I would think that since KU went above & beyond what most teams would have done with Preston, that we should be given some leeway. How is Bagley ruled eligible? This whole NCAA situation just screams corruption...
