Other than KU, which Big XII team do you guys think has the best chance at a deep run in the tournament?
To me, that team is OU. When they are on, they can be scary good on offense and can outscore just about anyone. Seems that too often they fall back into watching Hield or Cousins go one-on-one and they can get complacent. That said, they are really coming on right now and only have at Iowa State and at home against KU left as games they should worry about in the conference so they should get a decent seed.
Iowa State just takes too many games off. How in the world did they lose to Tech? When they are flowing, they are dangerous (see Big XII tournament last year) but I worry about them being able to put it together when you take a week off in between weekends in the big dance.
Other than that, I fear a few first weekend flame-outs for the other teams. Okie State is playing well right now but I don't trust their team. Texas has proven to be a pretender same with WVU. Baylor will be in trouble if they play a team that can match their size and physicality.
