I want a grill. I’m not a pitmaster by any stretch. Would use it for standard stuff: burgers, dogs, chicken, brats. Maybe ribs. Not doing brisket or stuff like that. My shit would look like Lincoln Riley’s.
I want:
Inexpensive (under 250-300)
Easy to use
Easy to clean
Something that won’t break after one summer.
Open to gas or charcoal.
All I’ve ever used is a Weber kettle w charcoal. Hate the cleanup. But if that’s my best bet under $250-300, so be it.
