Berry Tramel has left the Daily Oklahoman, and he and Jenni Carlson (KU Grad) have formed a collaborative effort of some kind. Anyway he and his cousin and my really good friend Jimmie Tramel, the Entertainment Editor for the Tulsa World wrote in the Tulsa World today, that Berry would now be a writer at the Tulsa World. My friend Jimmie had this to say in todays issue: Cousin Berry Tramel and I randomly chose the same profession, but have never worked at the same place. That changed today when Berry, who is in the Oklahoma Journalism Hall of Fame, announced that he is joining the Tulsa World as a sports columnist.
